Though it started last Thursday, Lidl brought a fresh round of deals to stores this week. From Emma mattresses worth €919 for €349.99; Tommy Hilfiger clothing, some with an RRP of €119 selling for €49.99 and under; as well as TVs, kitchen essentials and much more. There is also a massive warehouse clearance sale at Lidl’s Mullingar Regional Distribution Centre from Friday to Sunday. There are savings of up to 70 per cent on the likes of TVs, coffee machines, DIY gadgets, air fryers and more.
Clubcard users can avail of a number of deals from Tesco this Black Friday, including half price headphones, speakers and printers. There are also reductions on kitchen appliances with the Clubcard. Tesco Mobile has a sale on a number of phones, with savings up to €250. In-store only offers include a Toshiba 50″ VIDAA 4K HDR smart tv for €349 and a Salter 8L fuzion dual air fryer for €75.
Pick up the Dolce Gusto and Tassimo Coffee Machine for €39.95, reduced from €79.95; an Oral B iO3 Power toothbrush for €70; and the Tefal 8.3 litre Dual Air Fryer for €99.95 as part of Dunnes Stores’ Black Friday sale.
The Big Toy Event includes the likes of a Bluey plush for €8.99 and plush chair for €29.99; a Barbie Jeep/Speed Boat for €19.99; a Gabby Dollhouse plush chair for €29.99; a Bobble Bike for €19.99; and much more.
Bookings made up until December 2 can avail of a number of discounts, depending on the length of the trip. There’s €300pp off holidays of 14 nights or more using the code BF300; €125pp off holidays of 7-13 nights using the code BF125; and €35pp off holidays of 6 nights or less using the code BF35 on their website.

Aer Lingus’s Black Friday deals kicked off earlier this week but are running right up until Tuesday. On the line-up are flights to North America for just €199 each way on trips from January 7 to April 10. There are 25 per cent off flights to Europe and the UK, including Aer Lingus Regional Services, for trips from December 9 to April 10 next year.
The airline has been running a different deal each day this week, right up until Monday. Ryanair’s “biggest promotion of the year”, there are savings on flights, including special New Year’s, Easter and city break promotions.

This Portlaoise hotel is giving an extra 20 per cent with every gift voucher up until December 3, meaning a €50 spend will bag you a €60 voucher while a €100 spend will secure a voucher worth €120 and so on. The vouchers can be used on overnight stays, treatments at the spa or dinner.
Ending on Tuesday, this Meath hotel is giving a 10 per cent discount on gift vouchers, which can be used for overnight stays, spa treatments, afternoon tea or dining experiences. There is also a Black Friday Spa Experience for two for €99. It will include 90 minutes in their thermal suite – with steam and sauna rooms, experience showers, a salt grotto, reflexology walk and relaxation areas – along with a two-course lunch at the Spa Café. Guests can also unwind in the hydrotherapy pool, hot tub and heated pergola lounge. This deal is available for bookings from Sunday to Thursday until December 2025. Finally, there is a Black Friday package for €185 per couple for overnight accommodation, a full Irish breakfast and bottle of wine on arrival. Valid on bookings from Sunday to Thursday until March 31.
This historic Cork hotel is offering 20 per cent off bed and breakfast rates on selected dates from now until April 30, 2025. A €20 English Market voucher will also be included.
Running until December 4, stays between now and December 31, 2025, can get 30 per cent off at this Killarney hotel.
Guests can avail of a 30 per cent discount on hotel room rates at both their Portobello and Christchurch locations. The promotion runs until Tuesday for Advantage Club members – which you can sign up for during the booking process to avail of the deal.
