All families enter into the animal farm and see the crib. Then the kids can play outside (weather permitted) or inside in the warm play centre. There will be hot and cold food as well as tea and coffee while you wait until its your families turn to visit santa.
In the grotto the kids meet the elves in their workshop, see where the they sleep and get some reindeer food. They then get to have a chat with Mrs Clause, before meeting the man himself.

Santa’s Magical Experience

Winterval returns to Waterford for its 12th year with its biggest and most festive programme yet. Enchanted Garden Winter Light Festival

Now in its ninth year, the Enchanted Garden Winter Lights at the Japanese Gardens in Tramore, Co. Waterford is one of the most magical and largest winter light festival of it’s kind in Ireland. These unique Japanese Gardens are lit at night by a sea of twinkling lights, animal sculptures, dramatic tree and foliage lighting all creating a magical winter wonderland. Visitors young and not so young are spellbound as they walk via a one way system through the gardens and are met at every turn by stunning displays. The Victorian Garden brings old world charm to the festival and fuels the imagination of all who visit. There will be an opportunity to meet magical characters on your journey or stop by the open fire and enjoy Hot Chocolate or Gluhwein. Hidden fairy doors light up for this special event and a selection of carefully chosen classical and enchanting music fills the air.
The Santa Express

Set off on an exciting journey on a real train beside Waterford Greenway and by the majestic River Suir to meet Mrs. Claus and friends in the Magic Wood. The Fairies in the Magic Wood have been busy making the magic dust to help Santa find your house on Christmas night. Mrs. Claus has some for every child. The train journey and visit with Mrs. Claus takes about 30 minutes.
You will then return to Kilmeadan Station to visit Santa in his Railway Cottage.
Land of Light at Belvedere House

The Land of Light Experience is like nothing else in Ireland. Set in the beautiful grounds of Belvedere House, Gardens & Park in County Westmeath, the experience delivers thrills and excitement at every turn.
