As expected, Kerry proved too strong for Meath in Navan on Sunday without ever having to exert themselves too much.

Meath will have been kicking themselves at half-time, however, with how wasteful they were in the opening 35 minutes. They kicked wide after wide after working themselves into good shooting positions, which cost them dearly after playing with the aid of a slight breeze.
