ULSTER sides face tough tests, all against opponents from Connacht, after the draw for the All-Ireland SFC preliminary quarter-finals was made.
Derry have been drawn away to Mayo, while Monaghan also head west to take on Galway; Tyrone’s second spot in their group at least earned them home advantage against Roscommon.
The ties will be played this weekend, June 22/23, with the four winners going through to the quarter-finals the following weekend.
Two Ulster sides, Armagh and Donegal, are already through to the last eight after topping their groups, joined there by Dublin and Kerry, the champions of Leinster and Munster respectively.
All-Ireland SFC preliminary quarter-finals draw:
Mayo v Derry
Louth v Cork
Tyrone v Roscommon
Galway v Monaghan
