Lisa Hogan has opened up on her future with TV presenter turned farmer Jeremy Clarkson, revealing she doesn’t view marriage as ‘important’ for the pair.

The Dublin native has been dating the former Top Gear presenter for seven years.

Starring alongside her other half on the third season of Prime Video’s Clarkson’s Farm, Lisa rules out a farm wedding as she said ‘the only husbandry happening on the farm is with Ajax, our boar, we’ve just put him back in the sows.’

Speaking to Miriam O’Callaghan on RTÉ Radio 1 on Sunday afternoon, Lisa, 52, said marriage wasn’t as important ‘as this stage in your life’ compared to a couple of decades ago.

Opening up on how she met Jeremy, Lisa revealed mutual friends tried to set them up but their first encounter was at a Christmas party, just by chance.

Jeremy called Lisa a couple of days after the party, with Lisa telling Miriam that the farmer ‘courted me for a solid three months!’

‘He’s very, very good company,’ she added.

Clarkson was previously married to Alexandra James for a period of time before marrying Frances Cain, whom he shares three children with.

Before finding love with Jeremy, Lisa married Madrid-based millionaire Baron Steven Bentinck in the late 1990s. They share three children — Wolf, Alice and Lizzie.

During her marriage with Steven, whom she broke up with in 2005 before their divorce was finalised in 2011, Lisa split her time between London, New York and a luxurious Swiss ski resort.
