Bismarck sells coffee too —good coffee, from Soma Coffee Roasters in Cork — which makes it a coffee shop, but it morphs into a wine bar with nibbles at night, and is quietly turning into that elusive third space where you can play chess, be part of a book club, listen to live music, look at art or drop in on the off-chance of bumping into someone you know.
