Brutal daylight brawl shocks passers-by

A brutal brawl involving two gangs took place in broad daylight in Dublin city centre as innocent bystanders and kids watched on in horror.

The vicious fight involved five men and spilled onto James Joyce Street from notorious Talbot Street.

As a mum and her baby ran for cover, the men punched and kicked each other and at one point, thug can be seen picking up what looks like a weapon.

The shocking CCTV footage proves that despite numerous attacks in the area, violence and crime is still rife on the Dublin 1 street.

Monday’s incident happened just yards from where American tourist Stephen Termini was brutally beaten by three teenagers in July 2023.

A garda spokesperson confirmed they were aware of the incident telling SundayWorld.com: “Gardaí attended the scene of a public order incident, which occurred on Talbot Street, Dublin 1, on Monday, September 2, 2024 at approximately 2.30pm.”

Ironically, the latest attack took place as a €2million overhaul of the dangerous street is being undertaken.

Back in March of this year CCTV caught a vicious machete attack on the same street which instigate the Government approved facelift of the busy street.
