Owner Norman Priestman (73) says he wants to retire while he’s still fit to enjoy it

The owner of a well-known south ­Dublin hardware store that sold everything from paint and wallpaper to fidget spinners and stretchy monkeys, says he’s ­retiring while he’s still fit.

Norman Priestman (73) is the ­owner of The Paint Pot in Templeogue and after almost 50 years in business, he’s planning to shut up shop at the end of next moth to enjoy his retirement.
