Major city centre road closed as emergency services attend incident

It’s due to a serious incident.

Arran Quay is closed this evening as Gardaí and emergency services attend an incident. 

Motorises are also being advised to avoid the area if possible. 

DUBLIN CITY CENTRE TRAFFIC:

Gardaí and emergency services are responding to a road traffic collision on Arran Quay in Dublin 7.

The road is currently closed and local diversions are in place.

It’s unclear as to the nature of the incident, which has been described as “serious”.

Arran Quay remains closed due to a serious incident. Gardaí are turning traffic around. One lane of Church Street northbound is blocked.
