Belfast rappers Kneecap have announced their “biggest ever live show” is coming to Dublin in 2025.

The hip-hop trio – Móglaí Bap, Mo Chara and DJ Próvaí – will play Fairview Park in Dublin on Thursday, June 19 next year with tickets going on sale later this week.

Tickets, priced at €59.90, will go on general sale via Ticketmaster on Saturday, November 2 at 10am following a presale from 10am on Wednesday, October 30.

The announcement comes as Kneecap kick off a run of five sold out shows at Dublin’s Vicar Street this week as part of the Irish tour for their new album, Fine Art.

The group sold out a number of shows during a recent tour of the US and have a hometown gig lined up for the SSE Arena in Belfast on December 21.

2024 has been a huge year for the group to date following the release of the self-titled film Kneecap, with the trio starring alongside Michael Fassbender.

The film has made more than €1m at the Irish box office and has been chosen as Ireland’s official entry for Best International Feature at the upcoming Academy Awards. It will be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video in Ireland and the UK from November 15.

Kneecap made headlines over the summer when they drew huge crowds to their set at Glastonbury and received praise from Oasis’ Noel Gallagher.

They will also tour Australia and New Zealand early next year and will support Dublin rockers Fontaines D.C. at the band’s headline show at Finsbury Park in London next July.
