Are you an Irish Rail commuter? Has your day-to-day life been recently impacted by ongoing delays, cancellations or poor service in recent months?

Many Irish Rail communters have reported delays and problems in recent months, even since the State transport firm scrapped its new Dublin commuter train timetables introduced last August.

We’d like to hear your stories of what is happening for travellers on the ground, describe how exactly train services are impacting you and what you think should be done to fix them?

Some have said the delays point to worrying weakness in terms of Irish Rail’s operational capacity. Do you think there needs to be more investment in rail?
