The firm has poached the head of DAC Beachcroft’s personal injury practice in the Irish capital.

DWF has hired James Colville as Dublin managing partner and insurance practice head in the Irish city. The firm announced his arrival on Wednesday (18 December) and confirmed he would start in the role from January 2025.

Colville has spent the last 16 years at DAC Beachcroft, where he led the firm’s Dublin personal injury practice, growing it to over 30 staff. He focuses his work on defence
