Ms Jennifer Fay has been appointed as Partner in Charge at international law firm Clark Hill’s Irish office.
Ms Fay, who was previously Deputy Member in Charge for Clark Hill’s Dublin office, will lead the firm’s Dublin office in her new role.
The Co. Down native has over 20 years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, corporate insolvency, and commercial litigation.
Known for her deep understanding of complex legal challenges, the company said Ms Fay’s leadership “marks a significant milestone for Clark Hill’s continued growth both in Ireland and the U.S.”

“This is an exciting time for the firm as we continue to grow our team and strengthen our transatlantic offering to service the needs of our clients.

Clark Hill Dublin is part of an international law firm of more than 700 lawyers across 27 locations in the U.S., Mexico and Ireland.
In addition to Ms Fay’s appointment, Clark Hill has announced Sam Saarsteiner as Deputy Partner in Charge of Dublin.
While Kirby Tarrant has been appointed as Lead Partner, Client Service Ireland – a new role focused on delivering exceptional client service across the Irish market.

The firm also recently announced the appointments of Conor Linehan SC to lead Clark Hill’s Environmental and Natural Resources Team in Dublin and Conor Kenny as an International Business Coordinator for the firm’s Transatlantic Practice.
Mr Kenny previously worked at the U.S. Embassy in Dublin acting as the U.S. government’s lead advisor for supporting inward investment into Ireland.
