Riviera Travel Welcomes 70% Capacity Increase from Dublin to its European River Cruise Destinations

Riviera Travel has welcomed the introduction of more air options from Ireland for its cruises.

This significant increase means that more guests than ever can now fly from their local airport in Ireland to the departing European cities for its cruises, which include Porto, Budapest, Dusseldorf, Cologne, Paris and Lyon.

The 70% increase in capacity for Dublin departures and a 69% increase in sailing date choice means that there is now over 2,007 departures that connect with 208 sailings and in excess of 85 new departure dates.

Recently Riviera Travel also announced its biggest ever peaks incentives for travel agents which include:

● €30 voucher available for every Riviera booking made

● Special weekly prize draw of €1000 additionally available

● Free upgrade campaign for guests also launched

Travel agents will receive a €30 voucher for every booking they make on behalf of the river cruise and escorted touring specialist from January 1 to February 28 2025 and this voucher amount will double for themed river cruise bookings.

2025 themed itineraries include:

* Gastronomy of the Douro – from Portugal to Spain * History of the Douro – from Portugal to Spain * Music of the Blue Danube * Art & History on the Danube * History & Art of the Rhône * Gardens & Natural Beauty of the Rhône * Gastronomy of Switzerland & the Rhine * Music, Arts & Craft of Switzerland & the Rhine

Additionally, all bookings made will be entered into a weekly draw to win €1,000 on a Mastercard credit card. The card will be preloaded and sent to the winning agent.
