Bridge Park is adding a clothing store this fall, part of an effort to expand the retail lineup of the Dublin commercial development.
C. Field & Roe (CF&R) menswear will open its first store at Bridge Park, “blending timeless sporting aesthetics with a contemporary flair,” according to a news release.
The 2,000-square-foot store, on Longshore Street across from North Market Bridge Park, will offer its own label along with other brands including Hagen, Ball and Buck, Tom Beckbe, Onward Reserve and Martin Dingman.
“I cannot wait to share C. Field & Roe with Bridge Park this year,” owner Connor Roe said in a news release. “I’ve spent the last few years going over every detail in my head to ensure my clients get the absolute best-in-class retail experience that’s enjoyable and approachable.”
Roe formerly managed FERA clothing store in the Short North.
Intown Golf Club opens
Also at Bridge Park, Intown Golf Club opened Monday in a two-story 15,000-square-foot space on Mooney Street, across from SpringHilll Suites. Bridge Park is the third location for the private indoor golf club, joining locations in Charlotte and Atlanta. Others are planned in several other cities including Nashville, Philadelphia, Austin, Dallas and Washington, D.C.
Announced last year, Intown offers eight golf simulators, a putting green, two bars, a restaurant and a great room with fireplace. Intown said last year that the club offers various membership levels starting with a membership fee around $5,000. A spokesman said the price has changed since then but declined to say what the price is.
Intown and C. Field & Roe are the latest efforts to expand Bridge Park’s tenant mix. Other Bridge Park retailers include KINS women’s clothing store, J. Hillburn men’s custom clothing shop and Terra Gallery.
