Joshua Davies has been appointed as customer support manager with Bundledocs, the cloud-based document bundling software provider. Josh brings five years of technology sector experience, starting as a placement student at Tikit in applications support. After graduating in Computing in 2021, he returned to Tikit’s support team and was promoted to team lead for Partner for Windows support in 2023. He later transitioned to product owner partner for Windows. Now, he joins Bundledocs to uphold top-tier support for our global clients, leveraging his extensive customer-focused background. Bundledocs has over 1,500 clients in over 34 countries, a specialist in electronic document production, notably with the legal sector.

JP Davidtz has been appointed as a senior recruitment consultant in in the Dublin office of EHS International, the environmental, health and safety (EHS) company. With extensive recruitment experience, JP has managed over 200 placements. He has previously worked with recruitment agencies such as Hays and Trust in SODA, as well as holding in-house roles at Travelport, Verizon, and Klarna. JP brings his ability to source top tech talent to the expanding portfolio of EHS roles — both internally in EHS International and in its recruitment and headhunting services. EHS International was founded by Chris Mee in October 2023 and has already grown to 100 team members.

Derek Reilly, partnerships director with the electric vehicle platform Nevo.ie, has been appointed as the new Irish Ambassador of the Charging Interface Initiative e.V. (CharIN), and will promote the adoption of CCS and MCS for electric vehicle charging infrastructure. He will promote CharIN and the global charging standards CCS and MCS, raising awareness among government policymakers, industry leaders and the public. He will advocate for the adoption of these standards within Ireland’s public and private charging infrastructure. He has been involved in EVs since 2019. He also sits on committees for the Irish EV Association and the EV Association of Northern Ireland.

Elaine O’Neill has been appointed as HR director with Complete Laboratory Solutions (CLS). She brings over 20 years in HR, notably in the MedTech sector. She will play a pivotal role in advancing talent management at CLS across employee engagement, leading a high-performance culture enhancement and communications strategy to support the brand. Elaine holds a Masters in HR Leadership from Sheffield Hallam University, a degree in Personnel Management from GMIT, a HDip in Business Studies and a degree in Irish and English from University of Galway. She has held senior roles at Atlantic Therapeutics and Bio-Medical Research Ltd and the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

Donal O’Neill has been appointed as sales manager for the food and feed ingredients division of Camida, a chemical and raw material procurement company based in Clonmel, Co Tipperar, with offices in Manchester, UK. Specialising in the sourcing and supply of high-quality chemical products from all across the globe, its three core areas of interest include life science, industrial, and food and ingredients. He will lead business development in its market. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this role, having previously worked with Tirlan, Glanbia and Ornua in sales and business development roles both at home and in the UK.

Aidan Kenny has been appointed as head of innovation with law firm Maples, based in Dublin. He will lead innovative strategies, with an initial focus on enhancing the firm’s full-service offering in Dublin; he will also spearhead the firm’s Innovation Hub, working collaboratively with lawyers and clients on AI technology. Aidan held innovation leadership positions with Fidelity Investments, the asset managers, where he was MD and senior VP in its Irish and Boston offices. He led the Fidelity Centre for Applied Technology in Europe and was MD at Fidelity Labs. He also led a service innovation consultancy business and was a start-up founder.
