A crash on the M50 shortly before 8.30am has caused disruption to commuters.

The incident occurred between Junction 3 – M1/M50 and Junction 4 – Ballymun (Southbound). Traffic on the hard shoulder is moving slowly.

Another collision happened on M50 between J13 – Dundrum and J12 – Firhouse (Northbound) just after 8.30am.

The middle lane and hard shoulder are moving slowly.

Meanwhile, on Irish Rail, services are experiencing delays through Connolly due to a technical problem onboard the 06.47 Drogheda/GCD, causing congestion on the line.

The following have been impacted:

  • DART up to +17mins
  • Maynooth Commuter up to +20mins
  • Hazelhatch up to +16mins
  • Northern Commuter up to 15mins
