A crash on Dublin’s M50 southbound which has been cleared is still causing “extremely slow traffic ” for commuters.
The incident took place on the M50 southbound at roughly 6.50am between Junction 12 – Firhouse and Junction 13 – Dundrum.
The incident has finally been cleared at nearly 8.20am after emergency services were on the scene and all lanes have reopened.
However, traffic remains slow from Junction 4 – Ballymun and will take most of the morning to clear.
Traffic in Drumcondra is also moving slowly this morning, with one commuter telling LiveDrive it took them 35 minutes to move from Griffith Avenue to Fagans this morning.
A coach has also broken down on Northwall Quay outbound at the Point roundabout in the left lane which may cause delays.
Luas have also advised passengers that there is currently no Green Line service operating between Ballyogan Wood to Sandyford due to a signal fault.
