Newly-elected councillor Tom McDonnell insists that cabal of ‘Khazarian Jews’ want to take contol of the world
Tom McDonnell added that he believes a secret cabal of “Khazarian Jews” are running the world and are trying to flood Europe with immigrants as part of plot to replace Irish people.
McDonnell, a builder and father-of-five from Newbridge, Co. Kildare, was the last candidate to get over the line in the 949 council seats around the country this week when he was elected to Kildare County Council.
McDonnell, who says he is not far-right, grabbed headlines this week when he said Irish people were in danger of dying out because women were not breeding enough.

He told the Sunday World he regrets using the word “breeding” and said he comes from a farming background.
“I used the term ‘breeding’. It was caught on microphone,” he said.
“Will you say that I apologise to the women of Ireland – I meant to say to have more babies. That’s an apology to the people of Ireland.”
He said a “lot of women and lefties” didn’t like what he said but said others think he’s talking sense. He said he would like to see a €17,000 tax-free allowance for women having their first child and increasing it to €25,000 for the second.
“We need to produce more children of our own origin, of our own people.”

McDonnell, who is planning to run in the general election, has been at the centre of numerous protests about the housing of refugees in Kildare but said he had nothing against immigrants and that his own sons emigrated abroad.
“Some of my loveliest friends are black,” he said.
He does, however, believe in a bizarre conspiracy theory about what he calls “Khazarian Jews” controlling the world and a plan by the elites to replace Irish people with immigrants.
“The Rockefellers, the Rothschilds all these people belong to that tribe.”
The “Khazarian Jew” conspiracy revolves around a theory about ancestry of certain Jewish people who secretly rule the world. It has been strongly disputed and has been labelled as anti-semitic. But McDonnell denies having a problem with Jewish people.
“All Jewish people and the Jewish race are a very honourable race but the Khazarians are very money orientated,” he claimed.
“You need to study these people and tell Irish people who they are. They’re over the banking. They’re over pharma, they’re over everything; they control the American government.”
He added that he suspected they were issuing directives to our reporter on what to write.

McDonnell believes the “Khazarian Jews” are connected to a debunked conspiracy theory called the’ Kalergi Plan’, which is based around a belief there is a plan to replace white people in Europe through immigration and breeding, creating mixed races which would be ruled over by a Jewish elite.
He made comments previously about the theory, saying: “They’re going to interbreed and you’re going to lose your culture and you’re going to lose your Irishness – their plan is by 2030/2040 there will be one-for-one and there will be mixed breeds.”
However, he told us yesterday that he had no problem with mixed-race relationships.
“Everyone has a personal choice. I might like a black woman, you might like a black woman, my son might like a black woman. If he rocks up home and he has a lovely black girl from Nigeria, sure that’s his business.
“Some black women are as beautiful as Irish women. Most black women have fine bodies, they’re good-looking they keep themselves well, so what’s the problem?”
He said he has no problem with immigrants coming to Ireland through visa programmes but does have a problem with undocumented asylum seekers
“All immigrants from all over the world are brilliant, they’re lovely people. People coming in to Dublin Airport or down from Belfast or on the ferries and they are not checked, I have a big problem with that.”
He said he is an Irish patriot but not far-right and runs food banks every week where he feeds people of all races.
“I love my flag and love my country. Everyone in Ireland will have a flag outside their house soon. I put that flag up after I was elected. I’m an Irishman and I’m proud of it.”
He said he does not agree with the actions of people on the far-right, such as Philip Dwyer and Andy Heasman, and those who turn up outside politicians’ homes, as happened to Simon Harris this weekend, or those who go into libraries and harass staff over the inclusion of LGBTQ+ books.

“No matter how bad I thought the person was towards this situation I wouldn’t go to their house. That’s bad PR by the people who do it.
“I think a lot of them are agitators and it’s to give us a bad look. I think there is a lot involved on our side – whatever you call it right or whatever or centre ground.
“You have Andy Heasman going around to the libraries. That’s giving us bad PR. That’s why they do it. They’re in the pockets of the powers that be. These guys are doing awful damage to the cause.”
He added: “I’ve no problem with what they’re doing but you do it in one library and that’s it. You shouldn’t go on a voyage around the country and doing it in every town along the Shannon.
“I feel everyone should go to the ballot box and let the people decide your destiny. Don’t be going around intimidating or fighting with people.”
As the interview drew to a close, McDonnell said he feared our reporter might not accurately reflect his various views.
