Firefighters with Cumberland County Fire and Rescue responded to a structure fire at 223 Dublin Dr. near Breckenridge RV Campground. The fire came with reports of multiple explosions, and portions of the road were shut down, forcing Firefighters to find another road to access the flames.

By the time firefighters arrived at 4:10 a.m., the house had become fully engulfed. Fire units spent 5,500 gallons of water, five apparatuses, and took an hour and a half, to control the blaze. Afterward, fire units remained on-scene until Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office deputies determined no one was home.

Currently, the cause of the fire remains undetermined. There were no injuries or fatalities, however the foundation of the home was all that was left.
