There was delight for Farranfore entrepreneur Mary B Teahan this week after she was named as winner of the ‘All-Star Munster Business Person Of The Year 2024’ by the All-Ireland Business Foundation.

Mary’s, who runs her company, Irish Drain Services, was praised this week for her exemplary leadership and innovative strategies that have played a pivotal role in propelling the growth and prosperity of the business.

Citing some of the reasons behind Mary’s win, the All Ireland Business Foundation said that Mary has overseen the growth of a company that is well known for its cost effective, market leading drain services and solutions.

Reacting to the news of her achievement, here is what Mary herself had to say:
