Firefighters used special breathing equipment as they dealt with a blaze that shut down one of the capital’s main bridges for a time this morning.
A truck went up in flames during morning rush hour, shutting the Samuel Beckett Bridge in both directions for several hours.
Dublin Fire Brigade posted dramatic pictures online of the blaze at around 8.30am.
