Dry January Festival to take place in Dublin and here’s everything you need to know

Dry January Festival 2025 is a month-long festival happening across Dublin powered by Alternative Dublin, it will feature over 100 alcohol-free events and takes place from January 1 to January 31.

All events are 18+ unless stated otherwise and most of the events are ticketed while some are free, which means those interested will need to check the event details for specific booking information.

“This Dry January Festival brings a fresh and exciting lineup of events to Dublin, celebrating creativity, connection, and new experiences,” organisers said.

“There are over 70 events in Dublin with the aim to help people socialise sober, want to meet new people? Learn a new skill? Ever attend an event on your own?

“We’ve got something for everyone with events, run meet-up, speed friending, art classes, tours, rug making, chess meet-up, pottery, vision boards and more,” they added.
