Defending champions Dublin will be broadcast behind the GAAGO paywall when they kick off their All-Ireland SFC series against Roscommon in Croke Park on Saturday week, May 25.
Dessie Farrell’s men, fresh from a 14th Leinster SFC title in succession, will renew acquaintances with Roscommon in Croke Park for an intriguing Group Two clash (throw-in at 5.0).
The sides drew in the group stages 12 months ago but those wanting to tune in can only do so through GAAGO as that forms the start of a double-header on the subscription service.
Jim McGuinness’ newly-crowned Ulster kingpins Donegal also face off with Tyrone (7.15) in a Group Three tie in Ballybofey having already narrowly defeated the Red Hand in the provincial series (after extra-time).
GAAGO is a hot topic at present with many up in arms over so many Munster SHC games being placed behind the paywall and it will be hotly-discussed in the Dáil.
Deputy Thomas Gould, a Sinn Féin TD for Cork North Central, will bring up the placing of Cork’s Munster SHC games to date behind a paywall in what is likely to be another lively discussion.
