What they do in the business – Front of House Manager
Grace handles this role well, she has strong interpersonal skills, a good sense of organisation, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. She is an extremely friendly and efficient Front Desk Manager and makes a huge difference in customer satisfaction. She is contributing significantly to the restaurant’s positive atmosphere.
Geza
Where they are from – Hungary
What they do in the business – Pastry Chef
Our extraordinarily talented Pastry Chef. Hailing from Hungary, Geza is a very proud father and grandfather who made FIRE is home many many years ago. A friend to all but, that’s no surprise considering he’s the man in charge of the chocolate!. Geza’s ensures all our guests finish their meals with the perfectly sweet ending and does it all with the charm and suave of James Bond.

Marcel makes people so happy, they tip just for the pleasure of being served. If he would be any smoother, we’d have to put a “Caution: Wet Floor” sign next to him. It’s no wonder our customers keep coming back—they’re probably here as much for the service as they are for the food!
Luanne Miranda

What they do in the business – Sous Chef
Sous Chef of FIRE Steakhouse & Bar, Luanne started working with us over ten years ago, she has seen it all! She is our resident dance instructor but has a passion for kickboxing, a nice balance of toughness with a slick side step, essential in a kitchen! She has brought her culinary skills from Brazil, a natural talent handed down from her mother. Having received her Irish passport just a few weeks ago we are absolutely thrilled she wants Ireland and FIRE to be her for ever home!
