Dublin commuters face delays as Irish Rail suspends service to Docklands

Train services to Docklands have been suspended due to low rail adhesion affecting signalling in the area.

The announcement was made just before 7.30am this morning.

M3 Parkway to Docklands services will terminate in Clonsilla.

The line between Broombridge and Docklands is closed due to low rail adhesion, affecting signalling in the area.

Knock-on delays are expected on Maynooth commuter services.

Irish Rail said: “Delays expected on Maynooth/M3 Parkway/Sligo services.

“07:25 Connolly to Maynooth +10 minutes. 05:54 Maynooth to Connolly expected +10 minutes

“No services will operate to Docklands Station or from Docklands Station until further notice.”

Just before 8am a collision occurred on the M50 at Junction 11 Tallaght (northbound).
