Chupi is donating €100 from every sale to the Irish Heart Foundation.
Irish jewellery designer Chupi is partnering with the Irish Heart Foundation for the launch of a new limited-edition ring with a special meaning.
The Dublin jewellery store, which is based in Powerscourt Townhouse Centre, has created a limited run of just 100 solid gold ‘I Carry Your Heart’ Rings and is donating €100 from every sale to the Irish Heart Foundation.
Described as a “timeless symbol of love”, the piece is inspired by poet E.E. Cummings’ words “I carry your heart, I carry it in my heart”.
Each ring features a custom engraving of the words that have inspired this piece, along with the issue number of each handmade item.
Dr Angie Brown, Consultant Cardiologist and Medical Director of the Irish Heart Foundation, said: “One in four women dies from heart disease and stroke. The good news is that 80pc of premature heart disease and stroke is preventable.
“The Irish Heart Foundation’s Her Heart Matters campaign supports and empowers women to look after their hearts.
“The support of Chupi is not only helping us keep the conversation about women’s heart health going, but their generous donation from the sale of their beautiful limited edition I Carry Your Heart ring will help us in the fight against cardiovascular disease – one of Ireland’s biggest killers”.
CEO of Chupi, Chupi Sweetman, added: “I am thrilled to partner with the Irish Heart Foundation. Love is at the heart of what we do at Chupi, for ourselves & for our families.”
The ‘I Carry Your Heart’ ring is available now to shop from chupi.com or from their Clarendon Street flagship while stock lasts, retailing at €989.
