DUBLIN, CA — City staff are hosting two public meetings on a proposed Dublin Commons Project. The project is a proposal to redevelop the Dublin Plaza Shopping Center into a mixed-used project of up to 275,000 square feet of retail (consisting of 155,000 square feet of new retails and 12,000 square feet of existing retail); 535,000 square feet of science research and development; 1,510 multi-family residential units, and a new town square and park.

The project is part of the larger Downtown Dublin Preferred Vision, a plan to create a mixed-used downtown within the Dublin Place Shopping Center.

City staff will provide information at meetings on Wednesday, Aug. 7 and 7 p.m. and Thursday, Aug. 8 at 6 p.m. The same information will be presented at both meetings. The meeting will be held on Zoom.
