Dublin traffic and travel: M50 and M1 crashes see delays building

There has been a crash on the M50 this morning which may be causing delays for motorists.

The collision took place on the M50 northbound after Junction 10, Ballymount and is currently blocking the middle and right lanes.

Delays are reported to be building in the area.

Another crash has just taken place on the M1 southbound at Junction 1 and has been moved to the hard shoulder.

Motorists have reported that there is debris in the area of the M1, motorists should take caution on approach.

A lorry has also broken down on the R139 Clarehall Avenue westbound and is blocking the left of the straight-ahead lanes at the lights for the Malahide Road.

There are delays of roughly 10 minutes from the Hole In The Wall roundabout.
