On-street food services for Dublin’s homeless are facing an uncertain future, as regular soup kitchens provided by volunteers could soon be hit with new regulations.
Over the past week, Dublin City Council has been facing a significant backlash as protesters have taken to City Hall against proposed bylaws which could restrict the operations of on-street soup kitchens.
