It’s no surprise to see trends come and go in the fashion world every few years.

However, fashion fans have been left horrified after a 2010s wardrobe must-have has been spotted in shops again.

The viral peplum top has made a return for 2025 and we’re not sure we’re ready for it. 

Fashion fan Emma Fogarty spotted the once-popular top in high street store New Look.

The reappearance of the top has left fashion fans divided online. 

One person wrote: “Still looks horrible pls noooo.”

Another commented: “I have patiently waited for this revival!”

One other added: “I hated them first time round we are NOT doing this again.”
