Galway’s Paul Conroy scored a vital goal against Donegal. Can history repeat itself on Sunday? Photo: Sportsfile

Armagh are miserly. Galway are skinflints. And given that both finalists view the concession of goals as an affront to decency, it makes sense to flutter a few euros at 10/3 on there being no goalscorer on Sunday.

But if you prefer a longer shot, how about Paul Conroy to be the first at 33/1? He has already done it this month – against Donegal – and is one of three Galway men to have goaled twice in this championship. Few others are mapped in the betting since Tomo Culhane won’t start and Cein D’Arcy may not either, depending on Seán Kelly’s fitness.
