Mickey Graham is to be appointed as Leitrim senior football manager for the next three years.

The former Cavan player and manager has been assistant to Andy Moran for the last year. Moran stepped down in June after three years in charge.

Leitrim GAA’s Management Committee has recommended Graham for a three-year term, subject to full county board approval, following a meeting tonight (Monday)

Graham was manager of the Cavan team from 2019 to 2023 and oversaw their only Ulster title in 27 years when they won in 2020, beating Donegal in the final.

Once approval for the recommendation is given Graham and Leitrim will confirm further backroom appointments.
