Mykhaylo Glyaykin (39) who lives on Dominic Street, Dublin 1, is described as a vulnerable person with limited English proficiency.
He is described as being approximately 6 feet tall with a stocky build, brown eyes, and short dark brown hair.
Gardaí say they and his family are concerned for his welfare
