The former Iron Maiden frontman is set to rock Ireland as part of his Circle Of Stone world tour.

Following hot on the heels of a string of sold out Irish dates earlier this year, Heavy Metal Hall Of Famer Blaze Bayley returns to the Emerald Isle for a brace of sure to be scorching shows.

After treating fans to a set list full of favourites from his days fronting kings of metal Iron Maiden back in February, the former Tamworth Terror is planning to play some crown jewels from his critically acclaimed solo career – and the dates for your diary are September 13 in Whelan’s, Dublin and September 14 in the Limelight 2, Belfast.

Expect a fistful of Mjolnir heavy, fiendishly catchy cuts from Bayley’s recent album Circle Of Stone plus tunes from his back catalogue, as well as some gems from his time fronting Maiden. As is customary at all Blaze shows, there will also be a free meet and greet, so bring your copies of Down Fall The Good Guys etc to get signed.

An artist who can always be relied upon to put his heart and soul into every performance, expect Blaze to light up the stage next week.

Tickets are available from Ticketmaster, but be warned, they are “running lowwwwwwwwww” so don’t hang about. (shout-out to those who caught the reference).

Check out tour promoter SD Entertainment’s website for more information

And to get you in the mood for next week, here’s a reminder of what happened when Hot Press saw Blaze play in Banbridge a while back. Spoiler alert-if the venue had a roof, he would’ve blown it off.

This autumn and winter is another busy one for the indefatigable SD Entertainment and they’ve got shows from Runaways icon Cherie Currie, the Quireboys, Joey Wit & The Definition and more at various venues across Ireland and the UK. Visit their website for further details.
