The top tune for Irish sports fans has been revealed.

Six in every ten supporters have said that Olé Olé is their go-to chant when cheering on their favourite team or athlete.

New research released by Nestlé Cereals Ireland also shows that Fields of Athenry is a close second with Tina Turner’s classic hit Simply the Best in third.

The opening ceremony of the Paralympic Games in Paris kicks off on Wednesday and a rallying call has been issued to ‘Bring the Cheer’ for Team Ireland.
