An interesting statistic: of the top five scorers in the Championship so far (the Sam Maguire Cup and the Tailteann Cup) only one of them plays with one of this weekend’s All-Ireland semi-finalists. And, no, it is not David Clifford.

Donegal’s Oisin Gallen sits third on the list, behind top scorer Ryan O’Donoghue from Mayo, and Louth’s Sam Mulroy in second place. Niall Murphy from Sligo and Dublin’s Cormac Costello share fourth place with a total of 35 points.
