Luke Crowley’s exceptional talent as a footballer and a hurler looks as if it will place him on the horns of a dilemma next weekend. On Saturday, Crowley played major part in helping the Kerry under-20 footballers to the county’s first All-Ireland final at at the Under-20/21 grade in 16 years, with the decider against Tyrone being provisionally scheduled for next Saturday – time and venue to be confirmed.

The following day, the Kerry hurlers face into a must-win Joe McDonagh Cup battle against Offaly. This year Crowley’s talent with the small ball has seen him stake a place in Stephen Molumphy’s team, and Crowley has featured prominently in the hurlers’ last couple of McDonagh Cup games.
