A man, aged in his late teens, has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run in Dublin earlier this year.
A pedestrian in his 40s died after being struck by a car on the Coast Road in Baldoyle at around 1am on Wednesday 17 July.
The driver of the car failed to remain at the scene.
The Garda Press Office confirmed at the time that the car involved in the hit-and-run was stolen.
It had been spotted by a marked garda vehicle the previous evening, and the matter has been referred to the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission.
The arrested man is being held at a garda station in Dublin.
Gardaí have said investigations are ongoing.
