Gardaí investigating the death of Martin Lynn in July 2023 have arrested and charged a man in his 30s.
Mr Lynn (33) died in hospital two days after being attacked on Larkhill Road in Whitehall, Dublin in the early hours of Sunday, July 30th, 2023.
He had been with out with friends in Dublin City Centre and arrived back in the area in a taxi before the attack.
Last December, Gardaí arrested two men and a woman, all in their 20s in relation to Mr Lynn’s death.
They were subsequently released without charge.
This morning, a man in his 30s was arrested and charged.
He then appeared before the Dublin District Court charged in connection with the case.
