A man in his 30s has been hospitalised after being struck by a car outside Dublin Airport this morning.
The incident happened outside Terminal 2 shortly after 6am.
The man was taken to Beaumont Hospital to be treated for injuries which are believed to be serious.
No other injuries have been reported and no arrests have been made.
Gardaí have appealed for anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them at Dublin Airport Garda Station on 01 666 4950, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
In particular they are asking anyone who may have camera footage taken at Terminal 2 between 5:50am and 6:15am to make this footage available.
