The team have vowed it would be back with an exciting new chapter.

Well known city centre spots bar The Living Room has announced it’s to close.

The Cathal Brugha Street venue confirmed in a statement last night it will shut its doors for good on Monday next. 

However, the team there has vowed it will be back, teasing an exciting new chapter which will be announced soon.

In a statement, the bar said: “Farewell to The Living Room. It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of The Living Room, our beloved sports bar located in the heart of Dublin.”

“For years, our venue has been a gathering place for friends, families, and fans from all walks of life who have come together to share unforgettable moments, celebrating major sporting events and life’s milestones together. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to our loyal patrons and dedicated staff, who have supported us throughout this incredible journey.”

“The Living Room was more than just a venue, it was a place where memories were made, cheers were shared, and a love for sports brought us all together. The Living Room will officially close its doors on Monday, the 6th of January.

“While this chapter comes to an end, this is not the end of the story. There is exciting news to come, and we can’t wait to share it with you soon.”
