A pedestrian with “serious injuries” has been taken to the hospital after a collision at Dublin Airport.
The incident occurred this Thursday morning at around 6.05am outside the airport’s Terminal 2.
The pedestrian, a man aged in his 30s, was taken to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin to be treated for injuries believed to be serious.
“No other injuries have been reported and no arrests have been made. A scene was held which has now been lifted,” said a spokesperson for the garda.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to the incident to come forward.
Any road users or pedestrians who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) from outside Dublin Airport’s Terminal 2 near the Atrium exit road, between 5.50am and 6.15am is asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.
