Lyra stole the show during a high-profile event at Paris Fashion Week recently to showcase the impact of Irish design.
The event, hosted by Tech Powered Luxury’s Ashley McDonnell, saw some of the most influential and emerging Irish talent come together for an unforgettable evening of style.
Guests at the exclusive event included Nicki Hoyne and Laura Jayne Halton, as well as top model Thalia Heffernan but it was the Cork chanteuse who grabbed the limelight on the night.
Lyra looked sensational in a white gown created by Joanna Regan who graduated from the Limerick Institute of Design this year and interns for Karl Lagerfeld.
Her design was an eye-catching number worthy of any A-list red carpet and featured a white structured bodice with a flowing skirt complete with a sweeping train with a sizzling slit to the front.
The night began with a fashion showcase to introduce the work of eight budding fashion stars, Aoife McNamara, Colin Burke, Tiding, The Landskein, The W white Gallery, Roisin Linnane, Ros Duke, and Laura Jayne Halton who also whipped up amazing fashion illustrations.
Also in attendance was Chupi and Irish beauty brands Ella and Jo as well as Seoulista and startup FFACE.ME who kept guests entertained with their augmented reality mirror.
Chart toppers Pictures This closed out the evening in style.
