The famous ‘Unleashing the Blue Wave’ document, which outlined a plan for Dublin GAA from 2011-2017, ultimately boiled down to two aims for Gaelic games in the county.

One was that they would win an All-Ireland SFC title every three years. The other was that Liam MacCarthy would winter in Dublin at least once every five years.
