Saturday evening’s All-Ireland semi-final loss will certainly be looked back on by the Kerry players and management team as one that got away from them.

For the opening fifty five minutes of proceedings they looked well in control without ever really getting out of second gear. Unfortunately in the end they were the architects of their own downfall with Armagh’s goal coming from back-to-back errors from Kerry, which changed the flow of the game drastically.
