The Canopy, Sligo has revealed that Walkers will manage Cafe Souperb in the shopping centre on O’Connell Street. Cafe Souperb has been closed for a number of weeks and is located in the middle of The Canopy’s mall. Walkers is already located in a separate premises on Sligo’s main street where it operates as a pub/restaurant.z
“It really is the heart of the centre and we know it is in safe hands with Walkers at the helm. We’ve received so many requests for updates on the cafe, through social media and otherwise. So, we’re really glad to be able to give a definite date on the café’s reopening, and we are also delighted that it is another locally owned business who are taking up the mantle,” said a spokesperson for The Canopy.
The reopening is expected the week following St. Patrick’s Day.
