Tadhg Morley is back in the Kerry team for Sunday’s All-Ireland series clash with Louth in Portlaoise.
Morley’s inclusion is one of three changes Jack O’Connor has made for this weekend from the side that proved much too strong for Meath in Navan last time out.
Morley returns to the heart of the defence in place of Mike Breen while veteran defender Paul Murphy comes in for Dylan Casey in the full back line. The other change is in the half forward line with Dara Moynihan in for Cillian Burke.
Breen, Casey and Burke all drop to the bench alongside Killian and Adrian Spillane and Stephen O’Brien.
This is the second year in a row that the sides meet in the championship having previously not played each other since 1953. The Kingdom won last year’s game by 5-24 to 0-11.
A draw on Sunday will be enough for Kerry to top the group and secure a place in the All-Ireland quarter-final.
Elsewhere Roscommon manager Davy Burke has made four changes to the side that lost to Mayo for their crucial clash with Cavan.
Ruaidhri Fallon, Ultan Harney, Dylan Ruane and Shane Cunnane all come into the starting side as they look to secure progress to the knock out stages.
A draw will be enough for Roscommon to advance thanks to their superior score difference.
