Donore Harriers – Chapelizod – ‘Open Week’ as part of Dublin City’s Sports & Wellbeing Partnership programme happens between the 24th and 28th of September 2024.
The local community and beyond are inviting potential athletes (aged 8 and over) to join into any of clubs coached training sessions.
Thus, if any family, friends, work colleagues, neighbours, etc. are interested in trying sprints, hurdles, throws, jump, middle-distance, etc., they are welcome to any of following sessions:
Tuesday 24th @ 5.45pm juvenile athletics ages 8 to 12
Tuesday 24th @ 7.00pm juvenile middle-distance ages 12 to 18
Wednesday 25th @ 6.00pm Fit-4-Life friendly running for beginners and joggers -Adults
Wednesday 25th @ 6.30pm Track & Field aged 8+ with Ray & Alex
Wednesday 25th @ 6.30pm Train-Smart training for middle-distance & cross-country -Adults
Thursday 26th @ 7.00pm Sprints & Hurdles for aged 14 plus
Thursday 26th @ 7.00pm juvenile middle-distance ages 12 to 18
Saturday 28th @ 9.45am Willie’s Distance group @ Polo Grounds – Adults
Sunday 29th @ 9.30am “Let’s Rundevous” social run – see below
On Sunday 29th of September at 9.30am we will host “Let’s Rundevous”, a pilot social run between 3km and 10km (and sprints try-out with Lara O’Byrne) followed by beverages and chat in the club’s lounge (Rundevous Tea-Bar).

Display & Sales: Sofie Petterssen’s Kings Hall Pottery on Saturday 28th September (10am to 2pm) and Tuesday 1st October (6pm to 9pm) at Rundevous Tea-Bar (club lounge).
