A slick Dublin and District Schoolboys League outfit proved too hot to handle for Wexford in their FAI Youths Inter-League clash in Ferrycarrig Park on Tuesday of last week.

With both sides having already qualified for the Leinster final, due to wins over Wicklow, there was always going to be an element of shadow boxing to this encounter, but the Slaneysiders know they will have serious work to do if they want to bridge the gap in their rematch at a neutral venue in January.
